Important Info
Hikers must be in excellent physical condition. The tour is prohibited for pregnant women and people with heart diseases, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, back or knee issues, altitude sickness, or other serious medical conditions.
The itinerary may be modified due to local restrictions, volcanic activity, weather conditions, or any factor that affects safety and feasibility.

- You pay the full amount online when you book, on SumUp's secure pages. On site you only pay the extras, where the excursion has them: €50 per person for the 4x4 on the summit craters trek, €82 per person for cable car and 4x4 tickets on the Etna 3000 tour.
- If you cancel
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before (100% refund), 50% refund up to 2 days before. Free date change subject to availability; if we cancel for weather or safety reasons, full refund or a free new date.

Is it suitable for children?
Children from 7 years old can join. It is about 3 hours on lava fields and volcanic terrain at around 2,000 m: no climbing, but a real walk.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the excursion cannot run because of weather, volcanic activity or safety, you choose: a new date or a full refund. If you cancel, you get a 100% refund up to 7 days before and 50% up to 48 hours before; a date change is free, subject to availability.
